Ingredients:
- 4 Philly Gourmet® Thick & Beefy Patties
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, divided
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 3 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 sesame seed buns, toasted
Let’s do it…
- Combine mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce and sriracha in small bowl. Set aside.
- Toss cabbage, carrots and remaining sweet chili sauce together until coated. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside to allow flavors to develop.
- Season patties with salt and pepper. In large skillet or grill, cook patties according to package directions.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over both sides of buns. Top bottom buns evenly with patties, cabbage mixture and top buns.
