Nestled in a toasted sesame seed bun, every bite is a crave-worthy explosion of texture and taste. This burger brings the heat, the crunch, and the ultimate satisfaction!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Philly Gourmet® Thick & Beefy Patties
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, divided
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 3 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 sesame seed buns, toasted

Let’s do it…

  1. Combine mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce and sriracha in small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Toss cabbage, carrots and remaining sweet chili sauce together until coated. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside to allow flavors to develop.
  3.  Season patties with salt and pepper. In large skillet or grill, cook patties according to package directions.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over both sides of buns. Top bottom buns evenly with patties, cabbage mixture and top buns.
