This Hawaiian Burger is a perfect blend of sweet and savory, featuring a juicy Philly Gourmet® Angus Beef Patty topped with melty cheddar, a caramelized pineapple ring, and a drizzle of rich teriyaki sauce. Crisp red onion adds a refreshing crunch, all stacked on a toasted bun for the ultimate island-style bite. One taste, and you’ll be saying mahalo for this tropical delight!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Philly Gourmet® Angus Patties
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices yellow cheddar cheese
  • 4 pineapple rings, patted dry
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, or Hawaiian barbecue sauce
  • 4 burger buns, toasted

Let’s do it…

  1. Season patties with salt and pepper. Grill patties according to package directions. With about 1 minute remaining on cook time, top patties evenly with cheese.
  2. While burgers are cooking, grill pineapple rings until char marks appear, about 1 minute per side.
  3. Top bottom buns with one patty, a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce, pineapple ring, onion and top bun.
