Stacked high with two juicy Philly Gourmet® Smashed Patties, this burger is smothered in a creamy, spicy blend of cream cheese, melty pepper Jack, and chopped jalapeños. Crisp bibb lettuce and fresh beefsteak tomato add the perfect balance, all tucked into a toasted sesame seed bun. Ingredients:

  • 8 Philly Gourmet® Smashed Patties
  • cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped, plus more sliced for garnish
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 sesame seed buns, toasted
  • 4 leaves bibb lettuce
  • 1 beefsteak tomato, cut into 1/4-inch slices

Let’s do it…

  1. Combine cream cheese, pepper Jack cheese and jalapenos in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
  2. Season patties with salt and pepper. In large skillet or griddle, cook patties according to package directions.
  3. Top bottom buns evenly with lettuce, tomato, 1 patty and a few tablespoons of cream cheese mixture. Top with a second patty, additional cream cheese mixture, a few jalapenos and top bun.
