Ingredients:
- 8 Philly Gourmet® Smashed Patties
- cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped, plus more sliced for garnish
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 sesame seed buns, toasted
- 4 leaves bibb lettuce
- 1 beefsteak tomato, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Let’s do it…
- Combine cream cheese, pepper Jack cheese and jalapenos in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
- Season patties with salt and pepper. In large skillet or griddle, cook patties according to package directions.
- Top bottom buns evenly with lettuce, tomato, 1 patty and a few tablespoons of cream cheese mixture. Top with a second patty, additional cream cheese mixture, a few jalapenos and top bun.
