Brunch just got a little reckless…in the best possible way. These Sweet-and-Spicy Brunch Burgers stack juicy Philly Gourmet 100% Beef Smashed Patties with melty Colby Jack, crispy bacon, and a perfectly runny egg that knows exactly what it’s doing. Then comes the kicker: a maple-Sriracha mayo that walks the line between sweet, heat, and “one more bite won’t hurt.” It’s breakfast. It’s lunch. It’s a full-blown flavor power move.

Ingredients:

  • 8 Philly Gourmet® Smashed Patties
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce, such as Sriracha
  • 4 ciabatta buns, toasted

Let’s do it…

  1. Season patties with salt and pepper. In large skillet or griddle, cook patties according to package directions. With about 1 minute remaining on cook time, top patties evenly with cheese. Remove burgers from skillet and keep warm.
  2. Add eggs to the same skillet, cooking until whites are just set and yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, maple syrup and hot sauce in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Top bottom buns evenly with mayonnaise mixture, two patties, two slices of bacon, a fried egg and top buns, and serve.
