Ingredients:

  • 4 Philly Gourmet® Beef Patties
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 small green bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices pepper Jack cheese
  • 4 potato sandwich rolls, toasted
  • 2 avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapenos

Let’s do it…

  1. Combine mayonnaise and chipotle in small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until light golden-brown and tender, about 4-5 minutes. Season with taco seasoning. Transfer to plate and set aside.
  3. Season patties with salt and pepper. In the same clean skillet or grill, cook patties according to package directions. With about 1 minute remaining on cook time, top patties evenly with cheese.
  4. Spread chipotle mayonnaise evenly over both sides of rolls. Top bottom rolls evenly with patties, peppers and onions, avocado, jalapenos and top rolls.
