A juicy Philly Gourmet® Backyard Griller Patty is smothered in warm, creamy queso blanco, topped with zesty homemade salsa, fiery pickled jalapeños, and a generous handful of crispy tortilla chips for the ultimate crunch. Nestled in a toasted sesame seed bun, this burger is a fiesta of bold flavors and textures—every bite is a nacho lover’s dream!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Philly Gourmet® Backyard Grillers Beef Patties
  • 5 plum tomatoes, seeded, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 sesame seed buns, toasted
  • 1/2 cup queso blanco, warmed
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapenos
  • 4 cups mixed yellow and blue corn tortilla chips

Let’s do it…

  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro and lime juice together in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
  2. Season patties with salt and pepper. Grill patties according to package directions.
  3. Top bottom buns with 1 patty, a few tablespoons of queso, salsa, jalapenos, tortilla chips and top bun.

Tip: Feel free to substitute store-bought salsa or pico de gallo for homemade salsa!
