Nestled in a toasted sesame seed bun, this burger is a fiesta of bold flavors and textures—every bite is a nacho lover’s dream!
Ingredients:
- 4 Philly Gourmet® Backyard Grillers Beef Patties
- 5 plum tomatoes, seeded, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 sesame seed buns, toasted
- 1/2 cup queso blanco, warmed
- 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapenos
- 4 cups mixed yellow and blue corn tortilla chips
Let’s do it…
- Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro and lime juice together in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Set aside.
- Season patties with salt and pepper. Grill patties according to package directions.
- Top bottom buns with 1 patty, a few tablespoons of queso, salsa, jalapenos, tortilla chips and top bun.
Tip: Feel free to substitute store-bought salsa or pico de gallo for homemade salsa!
