Ingredients:
- 4 Philly Gourmet® Backyard Grillers Beef Patties
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 4 large eggs
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices yellow cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 8 round frozen waffles, toasted
- 1 cup packed baby arugula, optional
- 2 avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked
Let’s do it…
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches if necessary, cook eggs until whites are set and yolk is still runny, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Repeat with remaining butter and eggs.
- Season patties with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, cook patties according to package directions. With about 1 minute remaining on cook time, top patties evenly with cheese.
- Drizzle a few teaspoons of maple syrup over each waffle. Top 4 waffles, syrup-side-up, evenly with arugula, patties, fried eggs, avocado, bacon and the remaining waffles, syrup-side-down.
