Cooking Instructions

SKILLET FRY
Place frozen burgers in uncovered skillet. Fry on medium setting for 11 minutes on each side (22 min. total).*

OVEN BROILER
Preheat broiler for 4 minutes. Place frozen burgers on broiler rack, or pan on oven rack in broiler. Broil for 6 minutes on each side (12 min. total).*

CHARCOAL GRILL
Cook frozen burgers on grill approximately 1-1/2” to 2” over hot coals. Grill for approx. 9 minutes on each side (18 min. total).*

*Cooking times are approximate, always cook patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F. We recommend that you do not press the patties while they are cooking in order for them to retain the natural juices that enhance their flavor.
