Fresh, smoky, and just a little fancy without trying too hard. This Grilled Avocado and Steak Fajita Wrap brings together seasoned Philly Gourmet Shaved Steak, charred peppers and onions, and creamy grilled avocado for a wrap that somehow feels both light and indulgent at the same time. A bright cilantro-lime cream ties it all together with a cool, tangy finish that cuts right through the heat. It’s the kind of fajita situation that makes you wonder why you ever settled for plain tortillas in the first place.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack 10oz. Philly Gourmet® Shaved Steak
- Mexican seasoning
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 orange bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 small red onion, sliced
