These Steak Nachos don’t bother with subtlety…and that’s exactly the point. Crispy tortilla chips get piled high with sizzling Philly Gourmet Shaved Steak, then loaded up with melty Mexican cheese, fresh tomato, and just enough jalapeño heat to keep things interesting. A quick melt brings it all together into one gloriously messy, shareable (or not) situation. It’s game day energy, weeknight easy, and dangerously snackable straight off the platter.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack 10oz. Philly Gourmet® 100% Pure Beef Shaved Steak
- Tortilla chips
- Chopped Tomato
- Shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- Jalapeños
Let’s do it…
Cut frozen steaks into 1-inch strips and cook as directed on package. Top platter of tortilla chips with cooked steak strips, jalapeños, tomato and cheese. Heat in microwave to melt cheese.
